Steaks marinating

This easy to make steak marinade is quick and flavorful. It is a good ribeye steak marinade recipe as well as good for any other type of steak. Because of the vinegar in it, it is a steak tenderizer marinade also.  We used it just last night for a sirloin steak marinade. It is not overpowering but just adds a nice flavor and it does help to tenderize the meat.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp    Olive oil
1 tbsp    Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp    Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp    Prepared Mustard
1 tbsp    Soy Sauce
1 tsp     Dices Garlic
1 tsp    Black Pepper

Directions:
1.    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
2.    Place steaks in a zip-lock bag and add marinade.
3.    Let marinade at least 3 hours or overnight.
4.    Grill as normal.

This is one of the best steak marinades I have run across and it is also an easy steak marinade to make. Try it and I think you will like it!
