Au Jus For Prime Rib

Prime Rib with Au Jus
We used this au jus recipe for years in our restaurant on prime rib and as au jus French dip recipe. It is a clear broth that compliments any kind of roast beef. It is a short cut to making a true au jus sauce and we never had a complaint.
Ingredients:
1 Ounce Beef Base
1 Qt. Water
1 Bay Leaf
½ Cup Burgundy
2 Tsp Chopped Garlic
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
